Documents to be needed

• PHOTOGRAPH:
  • Use only recent color photographs with a white background that were taken within the past 30 days; the face should be clearly visible in the photograph. The photograph’s dimensions should be 4.5 cm in height by 3.5 cm in width, and it should be in the JPG or JPEG format.

• SIGNATURE
  • Signed in blue or black ballpoint pen on plain white paper; size should range from 15 to 40 kb; format should be JPG or JPEG.

• 10th/MATRICULATION
  • The size of the 10th/MATRICULATION 10th/Matriculation certificate should be between 50KB and 100KB, and it should be in JPG or JPEG format.

• EQR CERTIFICATE
  • The EQR Certificate should be in the JPG/JPEG or jpg/jpeg format and have a size of between 50KB and 100KB.
